135 Bishopsgate - McCann Fit Out
This project has sustainability at its core. Built to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and with a fit-out that’s been awarded LEED Sustainability Certification, the project is grounded in environmentally responsible principles.
Where possible materials and products have been sourced locally, and the reuse of existing furniture and equipment from McCann’s former studios has aided the reduction of waste and the optimisation of cost.
A 148,000 sq ft turnkey fit out on behalf of 135 Bishopsgate occupier, McCann.
McCann sought to bring together 12 different agencies under one roof. The goal was to create a workspace that fosters collaboration, cohesion and creative thinking, while also celebrating the unique expertise, individuality and independence of each agency.
