19-33 Liverpool Street

19-33 Liverpool Street is a terrace of 3 storey Victorian buildings consisting of retail to the ground floor with office space above. The terrace is situated in one of The City’s conservation areas and is a non-designated heritage asset. It is also situated directly above the Liverpool Street Underground Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith and City line station platforms and adjoins TFL owned property to the south. The asset was due an upgrade given the poor state of repair and the need to invigorate the area on the border of the Broadgate campus.

A considerable amount of work was undertaken to restore the facade, back to its original form and design. Work also included; full restoration and re-design of the shopfronts, the creation of 4 new CAT B ‘work ready’ workspaces on the upper floors and refurbishment of 6 retails units to the ground floor.
