A British Land Project
1 Finsbury Avenue
Previously single let to UBS, this very private building has been opened up through the introduction of a ground floor public square featuring a bold installation by local artist Morag Myerscough. Externally a carefully considered new ground floor facade was developed to work with the listed design to provide new retail frontages. During construction a major pre-let was secured to internet security company Mimecast and boutique cinema operator Everyman, meeting the brief to appeal to a broader audience.
