A repositioning and modernisation of a 180,000 sq ft 7 storey building built in 2001. Through targeted interventions to the common areas we changed occupiers perceptions of the building. The scheme included 25k sq ft of best-in-class CAT A workspace, new end of journey facilities, upgrades to the main plant and improvement of the EPC rating from B to A. The Barr Gazetas designed scheme incorporates a high level of material re-use, zero waste to landfill and bio-based mycelium paneling.
